  1. They actually had a 1 day sale yesterday on all their cruises. I would suggest signing up for their newsletter so you can get notification of sales. Another option is to purchase through a third party sight, by doing that you can often get perks like free airfare. I wouldn't suggest waiting until the last minute because prices often go up instead of decreasing.

  2. Book through a travel agent. They sometimes buy blocks of cabins and can sell them for a lot cheaper than the cruise lines. Plus, they'll help you out if something goes wrong much better than an online agency.

  3. keep cruising.  why does everyone want something for nothing?????

    earn your way...

if not, take at  least 3 or 4 people.  they get a discount, lessening the cost for all 4

  4. The lines "dump" most of the left over cabins 6 to 8 weeks before departure to certain travel agencys.   All staterooms must be paid in full 70 days out, so if there is a problem with coming up with the balance, they are moved out.  After  6 weeks out, the price seems to jump back up.  A good site to monitor this at is www.cruises-n-more.com  Sign up for the weekly email that alerts you to the discounted cruises.  Remember, discout can mean 5 to 25% off.  Check there website also.

  5. Try Here. It’s an excellent site with some wonderful options for you. You won't regret opening it. It will definitely help you. Have a look.

  6. If you sailed with them before then you will have a customer ID number and they will want that for proof. There is no way to cheat that. Do not wait until the last minute for a deal if the ship or sailing date is very popular it will fill up fast they will not offer a special price. Also the best cabins get chosen first and you will be left with the ones nobody else wants.

I start my research on vacationstogo.com 9 months to a year before I want to go. Then I check around with other comparison websites and sometimes with a brick and mortar travel agent. Make sure all the taxes, port charges and other fees are included so that its a fair comparison.

Also, ask if they honor price drops from the cruiseline. This means that if the line reduces the price of the cruise before the final payment is due, they will pass on the savings to you. If they will not, then use another TA. Hope this helps and Bon Voyage.
