Does anybody know how many miles the Carnival Cruise is away from the shore ?The Mexican rivera from San Diego

How many miles away from shore does that liner travel when going down to Mexico? The one I'm talking about is the one where it leaves from San Diego, Ca all the way down to Cabo , Mexico.

It varies as the coast line changes a lot, but between 30 and 60 miles on average. When I sailed my boats down a few years ago I ran between 10 and 30 miles off shore and only saw one, about 10 miles farther out.
