Does anybody know how the law firm, Montlick & Associates, Atlanta, GA is to work for? Good, bad, ok??

I have no idea how they are to work for but they are terrible to have as a lawyer.   Lost my husband's med records.  Dragged things on till less than 2 wks before GA deadline to file suit then dem,anded he settle out of court for less than $10,000 afdter a cement truck hit him and he has never since been able to work a FT job.   They have a reputation w/ others as a rip off not just us personally.
