Does anybody know how to answer this Extra Curricular Challenge (Employment Question)?

Give details of your activities outside of your studies. Mention any areas of responsibility including examples of when you have led or set goals for a group in a critical task or challenge and what your personal contribution was (in no more than 250 words).

  1. If you don't have a lot of volunteer experience or play team sports or anything, you can use stuff from your regular life.

    Like, if at family events you're always taking care of the younger kids, or if you and your friends were planning a trip and you had a certain 'job' like figuring out what food you need to bring, etc.

    They don't expect everyone to be a crazy all-star who's in a million clubs.. but there must be some times in your life when you've been the decision-maker and they just want you to look at those situations and figure out what exactly you did even though you may not have thought about it at the time.


  2. Have you been part of any groups - church related (taught Sunday school), sports related, boy/girl scouts, FFA, 4H, etc.  If so what was your role - team player, leader, etc.
