Does anybody know how to clean the white deposits off a black toliet?

I have tried using lime away and spent all day with it and the white deposit just keeps coming back!

Try vinegar.  I use it on drinking glasses.  You know how water sits in the bottoms of glasses when they're upside down in the dishwasher?  That white scale builds up.  I get a bowl of vinegar and soak them in it.  The white deposits come right off, and the glasses look new again.

I'm sure it would work for a toilet too.

Had the same problem, I dyed the watter ring the color of the  bowl . In your case use black perm. marker or ink. You have to redo every so often.
