Does anybody know how to cook peppered steak?

hi, i have just bought peppered steak from the butchers, but not sure how to cook it i think my mum used to cook it in the oven??

Do you mean Pepper Steak or Peppered Steak.  If Pepper Steak, you need about 1 med onion and a green or red pepper some garlic minced, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch or flour and water.

Cook your steak well and remove from pan and set aside.  Use a little oil and cook the onions and peppers (slice these) until slightly brown, when brown, add the meat back to the pan, some salt and black pepper and a teaspoon of sugar, stir.  Add a few tablespoons of soy sauce stir and add about 1 teaspoon of cornstarch or 3 teaspoons of flour mixed with about 3/4 cup of water to mix and pour over meat and veggies and bring to a boil, reduce the heat and stir, if too thick add more water.

If it's ribe-eye, T-bone, porterhouse or filet, it should be BBQ ... or broiled or in the frying pan.  You don't bake or roast steak
