Does anybody know how to distinguish Milk thistles from another thistles?

I would like to pick them by myself but can't find good picture of Milk thistle and there's so many thistles looks like the same. Could someone give me advice , please?

They have a white net-like pattern on the leaves and really spiky flowers.

Also, I like to pick random plants (and know what they look like and what they do), and I have an awesome girlfriend.

The milk ones have little udders on them.....sorry...lol
