Does anybody know how to do a correct Séance?

How do you start it off, are there any certain things you should not do, or should? What are good questions to ask, good people to do it with. Anything you know. I would appreciate it if the people answering have experience.

look up the LBRP and do this before you try anything stupid. i wouldn't recommend summoning spirits, they will end up using you in stead of the other way around.

I am studying this  now, but really have no idea. Have you heard of Raymond Buckland? He wrote a book about the subject titled Bucklands Book of Spirit Communications. I have a copy, but have not read it yet.
