Does anybody know how to expand the friends list on the xbox 360. because am at the maximum 100 friends.?

You can't, which sucks, because I have 100 too. But just sort through, and everyone who hasn't been online for over 3 weeks, you should delete. After that, look at each individual and ask yourself "Do I play with this person very much?" If so, keep them, but, if not, consider deleting.
