Does anybody know how to fix a computer problem? plz know c**p i really need the help?

Question

Ok when you let a computer set for a while and it goes to the mode where you have to touch the mouse to get it to go to the desk top again. well when you go to touch the mouse nothing happens it just stays on the black screen. then you have to do an improper shut down and then turn the computor back on to get access to it again. so we don't let it sit to long or we keep touching the mouse to keep it from going to the black screen. plz help this really sucks

Right click on your desktop screen,click properties, then screen saver.Click where it says power at the bottom right and then set all 3 boxes at the bottom of the next page to never.

The only time you want a computer to do that is if it's a laptop and you're running on battery.  So do as golfer says - turn off all the shutdowns - screen, drive, sleep and hibernate.
