That only exists in movies, never will there be a time where everyone wants to be with you. There is always someone who doesn't like everyone.

It comes with experence and time, even if you don't have "it" now, you very well could in a few years.  It's all about confidence and control.  When you are these things you have a presence, and people notice.  Your body posture is upright and you look forward when you walk, you talk to people and look them in the eye.  Always be friendly and concideate but tell people when you disagree.  Don't be angry when you disagree but have the balls enoough to say so and respectfully disagree.  Someone who can voice desceent respectfully and fully is also widly respected, no one likes a muppet, but then no one like a jerk either.  

The most important thing to do is take care of yourself and find something to feel good about, if you dont feel good about yourself then others will notice and feel the same.  If you don't have anything you are proud of change it, find something you want to do and do it.  The only thing that will stop you from being who you want to be is your own attitude.

Well! It requires a lot of people skills. You ought to know how to handle situations and emerge victorious. Converse with more and more people. Humour them. Listen patiently. Give them the feeling that you care. Make them feel that you are someone who is going to support no matter what. But above all "Be Yourself!". Never..never ever try to imitate someone or behave like someone else. This might work, on the contrary, to give the others an impression that you wannabe, a loser, who doesn't have a life of his own!
