Does anybody know how to make these kind of banners for layouts?

what do i need to make these kind of banners? i wanna make my own here are some i found

i wanna make some of my own but i dont know how

You have to buy a cd for adobe photoshop and then downloaded brushes to create those designs. well thats how i did it =)

Adobe Photoshop is good..it will let you do layers which more then likely you will have to use.
