You can usually find these booklet for sale on ebay that give instructions on how to make many of the towel animals though I don't honestly know if the pig is in there - they teach you for free on the ship.

I went to the class when we were on our cruise and bought the book (made by carnival- you have to buy it on the boat) .  I made an elephant, and a seal, and a devil ray!   It is so much fun to make them.  THe pattern for the pig was in there, but It is really hard.  When I find my book I'll try to look it up and add the directions.
