what does this have to do with Tivo?  I think he wants to buy a guitar for guitar hero.  Probably the wii version. the answer is not yet.  you have to wait a few more weeks.

Yes- most guitars come separate- the all in one kits are usually intended for rank beginners to save money- as they're usually the ones most likely to give it up (so the parents [typically] aren't exposed to too much cost).

Well u can buy a guitar from everything else all u have to do is buy it online or something

a lot of places have intro packs.. with an acoustic you usually get a humidifier and strap or with an electric you'd get a mini amp and strap. those are usually just promotion things though.. of course you can buy any guitar seperately... check out Sam Ash or Guitar Center retail stores or you can even buy them online Music123.com or Zzounds.com ..or if you want a used one online try Ebay or Craigslist  :)
