Does anybody know if this is legal?.

Question

So i'm talking about this website called EverybodyDoesIt.com which is a website that sells marijuana pipes, bongs, shrooms, seeds, and alot of other stuff if any of you didn't know what is was. Two of my friends have bought their pipes from there and i just wanted to know if they could get in trouble for this. They didn't buy any drugs just pipes so i don't think that they could get into trouble.But if somebody did buy some shrooms or something from there and say the post office could see where the package is coming then could the cops get involved and find out what you were ordering and could you get arrested or something? I guess i was just kinda thinking and curious about the answer. So any of your opinions on the subject would be great.

By the way, we live in the US but the website is out of the UK so the packages have to travel overseas if that matters.

well pipes aren't illegal, and as long as they was juss buying pipes.. the chances would be very slim of getting caught, as long as they are over the age of eighteen, which is the legal age to buy a pipe.

but, i don't know what to tell you about the marajuana part..

since it is illegal.. the chances of getting in trouble are likely.

if the police or anyone found out aabout it, i wouldn't worry to much about it tho.

Hey Jaws. If your friends want to buy this stuff, then let them. You should stay away from this because it's just possible that the Police could get involved, along with the Postal inspectors office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation. There is definitely something illegal here. Be very careful.

you can but a pipe, but any drugs they will find ( drug sniffing equipment) and you will be arrested when you pick up the parcel.

It depends on state laws.  In some states there are laws against 'drug paraphernalia' which is whatever a cop says is or could be drug related.  In one case the cops seized mirrors used as coasters under glasses on a coffee table because they 'could be' used for cutting cocaine.  The post office isn't going to get excited about this stuff because there are no illegal drugs in it, but I sure wouldn't want to have it sitting around in plain sight in my house if a cop showed up because of a complaint about a loud party or a noisy fight.

depends if its the plant or the seeds as in some countries its legal to buy the seeds as long as you dont grow them but illegal to buy the plant.

nope deffinitley not illegal. They label them as "tobacco" pipes so no one gets in trouble. And as for the seeds "seeds" technically aren't illegal either, just the actual "shrooms" so those would be legal to ship and buy as well. Have fun.
