Does anybody know like that toy that u do with the fish and the bubbles and the gel?

does anybody know the name of the old school toy from the 1990's where you insert gel into a small, plastic, clear fish tank and then add fish figurines and then add bubbles with a transfer pipette looking thing? the name has slipped from my mind.
