Does anybody know of a good all weather gazebo?

i need a all weather gazebo that i can use during the rain season and summer. the ones that ive seen so far all have bad reviews.ive heard things like the fabric warn out from mildew and the sun and falls apart within two years.and another one that looked pretty nice had complaints about the rain puddlying up at the top and bending the metal pools. making the whole thing colapse.

i live in washington. i need one that has bug and privacy screens and one that will satnd up to the weather with regular cleaning.oh ya about 10' by 10' in size im trying to spend around 400$ or less.

Try looking for a wooden gazebo You may be able to rig up some bug screens and privacy curtains but for an all weather gazebo a wooden one would be best
