I've found a handful of press releases on the "Lifestyle Family Fitness" gym (they have four locations in Indiana) that offers a free two-month membership for teenagers in the effort to battle obesity.

This seems the be the third summer they are offering the program. You can visit any of the gyms after signing up, risk free, and unaccompanied by an adult. It sounds like they ask you to leave by 5pm.

The Lifestyle gym's Web site (http://www.lff.com/) is largely quiet on the topic, unfortunately.
