I really like http://www.sampleaday.com it is great because there are no surveys or offers to complete plus there is an option to have the free sample of the day sent to your inbox (but it isnt required).

Many sites offer free informational newsletters that you can sign up for, or free ebooks that you can download. such as my site =D
