  1. well its not a train for the entire distance but you can get

to UCLA from Riverside by Train and Bus

    and a small walk

from Riverside you can take a Metrolink train to Los Angeles,

then board  LADOT bus line 534 from Union station  to

and that will take you direct to westwood/Wilshire blvd

    http://www.ladottransit.com/comexp/route...

the problem with that is that the last bus leaves union station at 8:00am

(you can use your metrolink ticket for a discount off the fare

meaning you have to pay an additional 85cents with the metrolink ticket

if you come after that, the fastest way

is to take a Santa Monica Blue bus #10 (pay $1.75+.50

for a transfer ) take the #10 bus to Santa  Monica Blvd and Bundy, then transfer to Santa Monica #1 which will get you

    to UCLA..

{the Santa Monica bus company is  not party to the metrolink

    transfer program)

meaning you have to pay on their buses)

you might want to check with UCLA transportation

to see if they mgiht have a van pool from Riverside
