  1. Not sure, but you should check out Tokio hotel.

  2. As frackledjj already wrote Sportfreunde Stiller and I would say Rosenstolz, Ich&Ich and 2raumwohnung. They are very similar to the ones you like. Other : Echt, Glashaus, Annett Louisan.

I really like Kaiserbase, Blumentopf, Fettes Brot, Culcha Candela or Seeed but they are different. As frackledjj already mentioned Ärzte and Die Toten Hosen are great too.

Added: There are so many more: Revolverheld (I like them but they are not like Juli or Silbermond..), Selig, MIA, Klee, Tomte, Madsen, Die Sterne, Christina Stuermer (but she's Austrian), Dorfdisko, Virginia Jetzt!, Karpatenhund, Angelika Express ........... endless .

@frackledjj: Yes, "Mensch" (Herbert Groenemeyer) I like especially that song and Fettes Brot they are still so d**n good (actually since 1992).....

@M: If you like good love songs, Clueso: http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=0JKohRJfRr...

  3. Maybe not the exact same thing, but Sportfreunde Stiller are pretty good. I also like "Die Ärzte". Die "Toten Hosen" are a lot harder than Juli or Wir sind Helden. "Revolverheld" though go in the same direction as those two,  and you might want to check out the "Killerpilze".

"Nena"s' old stuff (80s') is also something you might want to check out, as probably "Xavier Naidoo", "Söhne Mannheims" and "Roger Cicero" are. "Die Prinzen" have very very funny texts, as does "Die erste Allgemeine Verunsicherung" (they are Austrian), and some really old, but brilliant stuff comes from the "Comedian Harmonists" who were a vocal group back in the 30s' (they later had to break up because of the n***s), but their texts are just brilliant and spiked with double meaning. "Max Raabe und das Palast-Orchester" are covering a lot of their stuff as well as bring unfinished works of them to conclusion.

I hope that helped a little.

@JW: Thanks for helping out! I can't believe I forgot to mention "Fettes Brot"!

Oh, and "Die Fantastischen Vier", and "Herbert Grönemeyer" are also pretty good.
