Does anybody know of any good chatrooms for pilots? Specificly one where people help new pilots?

Yahoo Answers is a great place to find answers to my questions, but does anybody know of any chatrooms for new pilots seeking help? Sometimes I need an answer quickly and Yahoo Answers isn't always quick. Thanks
