I love middle eastern cooking and I'm in sore need of some spices and such that I can't find at Tesco or Sainsbury's.

  1. Christ do you really need to ask. If you live in London just walk down any ethnic street, if you are unsure where you might find one, put a pin in the tube map with your eyes closed and hey presto...

  2. The Spice Shop in Notting Hill has lots of great spices and offers a mail order service online.  The main street in Southall is brilliant for all sorts of spices and ingredients.  Lots of middle eastern shops cluster around the Stoke Newington area, ditto Edgeware Road as I think someone has already mentioned.  There are loads more areas but these are some starters for 10.

  3. One of my fav is at tottenham

but even around oxford street are a million!!

In London it is really hard to miss them...

  4. Are you kidding, you r****d.  When in Londonistan do as the locals do.  Follow the stench

  5. You could head to Edgware Road for Middle Eastern ingredients/ restaurants etc. Get off the tube at Marble Arch and meander your way up... have fun

  6. TRY around the south circular area?
