I seriously doubt it, 'Freedom of Speech', there were rumors that AlJazeera was banned but it's not true. They just can't find cable companies willing to carry it.

I don't see how you can go against the first amendment, as banning it would constitute as violating the constitution.

EDIT:

No you can't ban any form of media in that sense, you can censor it but can't ban it.
