  1. As in many other work situations, you need experience for the top jobs and little experience for the entry-level jobs. But the real obstacle is that almost all workers on cruise ships below the level of officer or entertainer or shop-keeper are recruited from third-world countries. They are paid much less than people doing similar jobs in the US.

  2. you should be 18 and you dont necessarily need experience depending on the position you apply for.

  3. I'm pretty sure you need to go and take some training courses and some first aid and stuff like that.  If you go to any of the cruise line websites they have career sections to see what they have to offer and what you need for qualifications.  Link to one below.

  4. 18+ probably not much experience.

  5. 18 and up no experience required

  6. usually 17+ and experience is not normally required, they provide their own training. Usually just need a pleasent personality and a willingness to muck in as its tough work.

  7. u need to have some experince for cruise ships and have to be willing to learn in uk you have to be 21

  8. not really but it does help and many positions doe require special training as well. You must also be 18 yrs old, pass a rigerous physical, and both a written and personal interview. In addition, positions are very hard to come by and you will see very few Americans onboard as the pay is low and hours are exceptionally long.

  9. you would need to be at least 18. you would most likely require some experience, in waitressingd , first aid, organising activities, child minder, entertainer. They are just some of the jobs available on cruise ships. They often advertise for nurses too.
