Does anybody know that, do i need to apply for visa for Uk

I am living in france, have work and residency permit for 10 years.in France

I am a vietnamese citizen. I hvae travelled to EU countries. no need for visa, but Uk is Non-schengen country.

The UK has a limit becasue its population is like more than France but half the size! If you want a crowded life style then what the h**l but i am off to America me! You need a visa.

I'd check with the nearest English embassy in France to determine the visa requirements for you.

The UK does follow some schengen  guidelines like policies which I assume would include visas.  Again, I'd check with the embassy.
