I found this site. Apparently trieste is a "quartiere", but I can´t figure out the exact location.

  1. It is a "quartiere" (neighbourhood?) of Rome located along Via Nomentana and Via Salaria.  It is central, nice to live in and safe. I've found a web site (in Italian, alas) that has info on Quartiere Trieste. You might want to check it out.

  2. The area Trieste is close to Nomentano and Bologna in Rome. It is a residential area. The famous Quartiere Coppedè is located in the Trieste area of Rome. Nearest underground stop is Bologna. For sightseeing, I would stay somewhere more central

  3. There is no such area in Rome, Trieste is a city in northeastern Italy on the bordor with Slovenia, at least 500 miles from Rome.

Perhaps you mean Trastevere, which is on the west bank of the Tiber close to the Forum, Capitoline, Palantine and Aventine Hills on the other side of the river? If so I stayed there it's safe and either a decent walk or a short tram ride to the main parts of Rome.

  4. I have found this one - Mercato di Piazza Alessandria situated nearby Triesto quarters in Rome. If you zoom out, you can see the position of the place within Rome.
