Does anybody know the form pal chung?

Question

in tkd does anybody know the pal chung form? its a new required form for the red belts at our studio and i need to teach it to a few kids but i dont really know it because i didn't have to do when i was a red belt. i teach the blue through brown belt class at my studio and i need a good website to see the form so i can give it to the kids for extra help.

so any good websites would work. thanks!!

I know this form.  The above link has all the TKD forms, both Tae Guk and Palgwe.

this is pal jang. this is the original version so the stances might need to be a bit wider but the moves are perfectly alright.
