Does anybody know the kind of salad dressing used at japanese steak houses (like kobe)?

i go to restaurants like that a lot, and id just like to know where i can buy salad dressing like that. thanks in advance :)

first off...i LOVE kobe!!  i don't think i've ever eaten a salad there though...we always start off with sushi.  japanese steak houses like that usually use some kind of sesame ginger dressing or oriental dressing.  there's so many different brands though...i have 3 different oriental dressings in my fridge that all have their unique taste.  i can't find those kinds of dressings in the regular grocery stores here in washington so i have it shipped from hawaii every couple of months.  i just realized i could probably find oriental dressing or sesame ginger dressing in an asian store but i they'll probably taste different too.

The Japanese steak house I like to frequent is called Asuka and they use a creamy wasabi miso dressing.

I hav  never been to that resturant. I know most japanese restuarants use Miso salad dressing. You can find it in any asian market.
