I Definitely think Two-Face will be in it and possibly David Tennant as the Riddler

Chris Nolan, the director of "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight" knows and he's wise enough not to leak any information at this point. Like it or not, if you want any accurate information about the next movie in the current Batman trilogy you should ignore rumors and speculation and wait about two years for the previews of the third part of the trilogy.
