Does anybody know what movie this is from?????

its a scary movie and i cant remember the name of it and i only remember one scene from it

there is a long hallway with picture of a person hanging at the end.

the main character always feels like the picture is looking at him and one day while looking out a window he sees a window that he doest recognize, so he walks along the outside ledge of the mansion hes in and goes into the house through that window he saw. he end up in a room filled with stage makeup and costmes and wigs and that kind of stuff. the door that leads out of the room leads into the hallway and is actually the picture frame.
