Does anybody know what programming company transmit HBO/Cinemax through satellite W5?

As long as you have a 4DTV Satellite Receiver.

I have subscribed to SRL out of Greenbay Wisconsin , give them a call and provide the id numbers found in your receiver , they can then authorize the receiver to get all kinds of channels including HBO.
