Does anybody know what song this is?

I just watched a video but it didn't say what song or artist it is.

It's a slow song, it sounds kinda Radiohead style. I can't make out any words but he's repeating something.

The backdrop is a red sky and black mountains. It shows a bunch of people in gas masks jumping round in slow motion. They're then building a black snowman out of what looks like ash,

They then fall to the ground and it ends on an imae of a boy closing his eyes.

It's really weird.

Any ideas?
