  4. ms P's answer is wrong. Yes, yes, "celebration" is a moment of happiness, but please, read the question properly. The word is "cerebration" (which is a term used in psychology) and is different from the word "celebration."

    Come to think of it (to those who have studied psychology before), it does echo Sigmund Freud's words, which is one of the principles of psychoanalysis. It reads thus:

    "Where id was, there shall ego be."

    Id is the unconscious cerebration that is being talked about in the quote, hence, "your conscious brother" would mean the go.

    Notice that it says, "you will have to give the wall [give way] to."

    The unconscious gives way to the conscious.
