Does anybody know what those clear thing they use to cuff people instead of the metal ones.?

yea im trying to buy those clear long strap thing...is it called a fasteneR or secure straps...im not sure...but its the one where its really impossible to take off unless with a knife or scissors..used mostly for puttin wires together or anythign together without having to worry itll be taken off.....but its definitely similar to the ones police uses to handcuff people instead of using the metal ones....whats the name of it...thanks... lol

Are you talking about plastic zip ties? You can buy them in colored plastic or clear. I bought a whole bunch, in different sizes, at Wal-Mart a few years ago. Hope this helps. Good luck!

my hubby is an electrician and he calls them tie wraps. you can get them at most hardware stores. they also have a huge assortment at Lowe's and Home Depot.

they are called "wire ties"...because electricians use them to fasten groups of wires together.  They are really cheap. You can get them in different sizes..and they are available at Walmart and Lowes..just to name a couple of places..

i believe those have a nick name or perhaps a patented name of "tie wraps" the police ones are double and special made for that use you will only be able to get single ones at some place's like lowes or home depot. i had better not hear about a double homicide or something equally stupid involving you and tie wraps. and don't use them for s*x they can have very sharp edges. tmm
