there is no set date for when midnight sun is out however if you go to stephenie meyer's website you can read the first chapter on there.

however i do know that when shes finished writing it, it will be published

Well there is no release date because it is basically up to her. She doesn't know how long it is going to be, but she is writing like crazy. The first 12 chapters (176 pages) were leaked and if you want them, email me and I will forward them to you.

I'm not sure, but i think i heard somewhere that it was releasing sometime in the Spring of 2009? We'll see...
