  1. If you're serious, and able to put forward equally serious cash, you might want to talk to these guys. They've been working on restoring the three-masted Pacific schooner Wawona for a really long time, and have had chronic cash-flow issues forever. She's a grand old lady who deserves to be restored to her full former glory; the folks at NW Seaport might well be willing to work with you.

  2. Just search for sailboats for sale. I see them all the time. Little bigger than I am looking for.

  3. Sure... go make an offer to the Mystic Seaport Museum... they have a bunch of them and you can probably buy one for just a couple of MILLION dollars... a genuine 1800's clipper ship doesn't come cheap.

You ARE kidding... right?  There are ONLY about 4 CLIPPER SHIPS still in existance and NONE of them are for sale unless you are extremely rich because you will pay upwards of 100 MILLION DOLLARS for one... IF you can find a SELLER.

  4. all of the remaining boats in that catagory boats are probably at nautical museums ...

    try here : http://www.yachtworld.com/core/listing/a...

search for all sailboats .. there are a few tall ships for a few  million $'s  each...

  5. It would cost millions and millions of dollars IF you could find one.
