Does anybody know where I can buy a copy of the book Fighting Fit by Rob Redenbach?

After contacting the author via email, I have established that the book is now out of print, so now I am trying to find a second hand copy.

Also, I have been made aware that there is a book called Kontact, also by Rob Redenbach and another author which I believe is also out of print. Does anyone know where to buy a second hand copy of that?

I would try budovideos.com they have an amazing selection and an uncanny way of having or finding out of print material
