I've been searching the net & thus far I've been interviewed once by a recruitment agency but my interview was not successful. I hold a bachelors degree in accounting and I have no teaching experience. It seems like a huge struggle to get a job in teaching. By the way, I'm trying to get out of accounting & auditing as it's a bit dull.

  1. You need your Masters' Degree to succeed AND experience in teaching. You'll only be able to get the job in International, Private schools (the pay's good anyhow) however unless the school is desperato they won't hire you without experience. Most International Schools rarely hire teachers who haven't had International experience.

    Sorry mate!

  2. OK, first of all, you do not need a Masters Degree, but it does help.  If you want to teach English in Korea, a B.A. is all you need to get your foot in the door, but you need to also work toward TESL certification.
