Does anybody know where I can get a brown scapular.?

(The default probably put you here because "scapula" is the medical term for the shoulder blade.

You can get them in any Catholic Book store, and most parishes also have some they can give you, either way they should be readily available. By the by it is a prayer scapula you are looking for.
