Does anybody know where I can get state laws for NJ daycare centers?

I am stuck working in a daycare center with some illegal things going on. I'm pretty stuck unless I can provide the state laws to prove to my boss things in my schoo are illegal.

Check out this link.  It is the regulations for Child Care Centers In New Jersey.  You can also and are legally bound to report any suspected abuse or neglect to children to social services, I don't know if the illegal stuff your talking about gets that bad, but I thought I would mention it.

check New Jersey.gov, or call an area provider and ask how to get approved for daycare- that will be your lead.
