Hi, I know of a great website that all you have to do is register and you can download loads of patterns in all types of stitches.  Try the link below.  They have patterns for knitting, crochet and sewing and other hobbies.

I think there are some patterns that fit your needs at http://www.knittingdaily.com  This is a free site but requires registration for downloading patterns which are in .pdf formatting.
