Greataupair.com has some standard contracts.

there is a European agreement on au-pair contracts, but nothing very strict, so it is rather guidelines than anything else... The agreement has been ratified by most countries, so read it, and whatever contract you decide to use should respect those lines (note in particular the age limitations, number of hours worked, and 1 1/2 days off a week...). Otherwise you are free.

On the web you'll find many different types of contracts, all similar in the essence.

There's nothing like that in Germany. There are only several organizations who try to find AuPairs for German families, and their conditions vary.
