Does anybody know where i can find a vet that cares for birds in new hyde park?

My parakeet is sick because it has droppings with yellow and i need to find a vet that could also take care of birds and i need to now how much.

You might call vets in your immediate area and see if they can refer you to any closer avian vets but please be sure they are avian qualified and don't just see birds as an occasional sideline.

If your bird's droppings have yellow in them it may well signify an infection that has begun to affect the liver.  You need to get him to a vet immediately.
