It was filmed at Lake Powell on the Arizona-Utah border.  Specifically, many of the outdoor scenes appear to have been filmed near Padre Bay and Gunsite Bay (probably around Alstrom Point) on the northern (Utah) side of the lake.  You can see Gunsight Butte in the background of some of the shots.

The scenes where she is in a cave-looking place were filmed at Antelope Canyon - a popular narrow slot canyon on the Navajo Reservation just southeast of the town of Page, Arizona.
