Does anybody know which alternative teaching certification program is best in El Paso, TX?

I would like to hurry up and do what I have to do in order to have a contract. Any advice would be helpful.

Although I know little about education in America, let alone Texas, let alone El Paso, I had a look around online for you.

The University of Texas at El Paso apparently offers a "quality teacher education program... [which] offers 24 certification areas".

Try you regional service center.  I'm near Dallas and went through Region X alternative certification.  It was a great experience and well worth it!  Looks like you should be in Region 19.  http://www.esc19.net/  Hope all goes well.
