Does anybody knows how to be a stewar or stewardess????

I am a british citizen living in Germany and i just finished my Highschool in french school. I want to be a steward, the only diplome i got right now is the hightschool finishing diplome in french.

does anybody has an idea how to become a steward. what kind diplome is needed. Does anybody knows how it works it France.
