I'm a 90's kid.and as most kids in the 90s, i miss the old school stuff.modern technology is taking over.I miss my super nintendo and NES.i had to give it away.still got my nintendo 64.does anybody miss super mario kart, yoshi's island, yoshi's cookie, mario paint, super mario world, star fox, and all of the other games for NES or super nintendo? sure, the wii and all of the other gaming systems are great! but i just miss watching those old nick shows during the day and playing the impossible Bowser castle level in super mario world at night with my siblings. it's great i can still play games on my nintendo 64. i think the games itself are changing. now everything is virtual. did you ever see a picture of the NES?gosh i wish i could go back in time. maybe we're just changing.now nintendo, after 24 years, stopped fixing the NES so people could get more into wii's. it's great that you can buy old NES & SNES games on the wii and play them there but its not the same. anyone with me?

  1. Yeah, Super Nintendo was the best.

  2. OH YEA

  3. Yes.  I missed SNES so much, I got one.  lol  A friend of mine was getting rid of their's so I took it off their hands.  She had seven games that came with it, a few of which I only play.  I still have about a dozen more old SNES games stored away that I need to get (they're all in plastic cases, sealed in Ziploc bags).  I love my PS2 and my N64, but SNES was such a refreshing trip down memory lane.  Super Mario World (1 & 2), Donkey Kong Country, Star Fox, etc.  Those were all fantastic.

I, too, grew up mainly in the 90s.

  4. heck yeah! I still have one hooked up in my basement! plz add me!

  5. i agree im a a 90's girl too and  my favorite system is the super nitendo and regular.  i love mario!! i can like beat the game in one day now lol.  but yeah i remember my 2 sisters and dad all taking turns playing and i remember watching my dad play pinball for hours lol.  i agree this modern technology isnt so great after all.  i miss the old days and i love the old shows on nick.  are you afraid of the dark, doug, hey arnold, all that, etc..   "sigh" those were the good ol' days i will never forget them.

  6. It was fun, I remember buying a used SNES not long ago after the original one gave out, let someone borrow and "lost" a bunch of my games - had quite a few too.. The appeal didnt last as long when I bought the used one though it brought good memories :) played all the games. Good games - super mario kart, super mario world, donkey kong adventure.. (I think its called) street fighter.. super mario all stars - that had all the NES mario games ...just to name some. Also from NES I loved ghost & goblins and megaman, all the mario games too ofcourse.  Best game ever that was for N64 goldeneye! ..I guess they figured the market for older consoles has died down so they stopped fixing them and yea its not completely the same on a new console.
