Yeah of course they can any animal can interbreed.

if it is male and female it will breed, they don't see genetic interbreeding like we do they just go on instinct

I would imagine that any male and female of the same species can interbreed.  They don't care whether they are brother and sister or not.

They will interbreed.  Don't let this happen.  You can end up with birds that have health problems.  Remove babies from the parents after they are weaned for a month or so.  Many breeds of birds will mate with their off spring.  Some, that are monogamous  (mate for life) may not breed with their young, but some times it even happens with them.    Babies should not be caged with the parents for too long for this reason.  Brother and sisters should not be allowed to breed with each other either.  Please read my profile
