well in twist does anyone know about winning the jonas bros signed cell well can somebody inform me about it and the first i really want to know if you enter the contest and win the phone is the phone turned on can you oppen it and use it or is it off and you have to pay the bills and trn it on your self and stuff

they prob. just give you the phone and you have to turn it on yourself with whatever carrier it is and most likely you have to pay the bill
